How much cashback could you claim?
The main cashback depends on how many qualifying Siemens built-in appliances you include in your kitchen. Every claim must include a qualifying Siemens single oven. The more qualifying appliances you choose, up to seven, the higher your cashback:
3 qualifying appliances including a qualifying single oven: £250 cashback
4 qualifying appliances including a qualifying single oven: £400 cashback
5 qualifying appliances including a qualifying single oven: £550 cashback
6 qualifying appliances including a qualifying single oven: £750 cashback
7 qualifying appliances including a qualifying single oven: £1,100 cashback
Further cashback on selected models
Once you qualify for the main cashback above, selected premium Siemens models can earn you a further amount on top. You can claim a further £600 for each qualifying Siemens inductionAir venting hob or glassdraftAir hood, and a further £250 for each qualifying Siemens XL or XXL fridge freezer.
These extras are only available when the main offer's conditions are met, so the venting hob, hood or fridge freezer must be one of your qualifying appliances in a claim that already includes a qualifying Siemens single oven and at least three qualifying appliances in total.
To put it simply, you can claim up to £1,100, plus a further £600 per qualifying venting hob or glassdraftAir hood and £250 per qualifying XL or XXL fridge freezer.

What qualifies?
Every claim must include one of the qualifying Siemens single ovens listed in the terms and conditions. This covers a wide choice of iQ500, iQ700 and iQ700 studioLine ovens, including activeClean models, steam ovens and ovens with a built-in microwave.
Alongside your oven, you can include other Siemens built-in hobs, cooker hoods, dishwashers, laundry appliances and refrigeration. The further cashback applies to the specific inductionAir venting hobs, glassdraftAir hoods and XL or XXL fridge freezers named in the terms.
New for this promotion, two products count as qualifying appliances even though they sit outside the usual rules. The Siemens EQ900 bean-to-cup coffee machine (model TQ927GZ3) is a freestanding coffee machine with twin bean containers for two different coffees. The Bosch built-in robot vacuum (model BCRI3BX1) hides away in your kitchen plinth, with its service station tucked into the base units. Each counts as one of your up to seven qualifying appliances. The robot vacuum needs to be planned into the cabinetry, water supply and drainage from the start, and that is exactly the kind of detail our design team enjoys getting right.
Other freestanding appliances and accessories, including warming drawers, do not qualify. Please ask us and we will confirm which models count before you commit.
How to claim your cashback
Claiming is straightforward, but you must make the claim yourself. Siemens does not allow retailers to claim on a customer's behalf. Once your kitchen is fully installed and paid for, go to mykitchen-rewards.co.uk/Siemens, register and choose the Autumn 2026 promotion (purchases between 28 August and 30 November 2026). Then fill in the online claim form.
You will need your invoice or contract from us, proof that your deposit was paid within the promotional dates, and proof that your kitchen has been paid in full or that a finance agreement is in place. You will also need the model (E-nr) and serial (FD) numbers of each appliance, photographs of each appliance installed in your kitchen, and details of a bank account in your own name that matches the name on your purchase documents. If the rating plate on a hob or hood cannot be reached once it is fitted, a photograph of the appliance in place is accepted instead.

They will tell you how to post your receipt to My Siemens Rewards, BI Worldwide Limited, 1 Vantage Court, Newport Pagnell, Bucks, MK16 9EZ. Once submitted, allow up to 28 days for your claim to be approved and then a further 28 days for payment, which is made by bank transfer.
