We can find beautiful styles to express your unique taste. We can solve your storage problems and make the space serve your needs. And you can share in our passion and improve your quality of life with a new kitchen by Alex Lee.

Tell us your wish list for an ideal new kitchen or kitchen refurbishment and we will realise it together.

When we know what you want; the things you need fixing, the styles you like, and any extras you're thinking of, we'll plan and design it for free.

During the initial stages of your project we can work in person or online to maintain personal safety, how ever you feel most comfortable.

Utilising the technology available to us from initial measurement, to presentation and amending the design.

Once we agree an the plans and the vision for your new kitchen is complete then we sign some papers and you pay a deposit. This may seem a little scary, but with Alex Lee it's exciting. Nothing happens until we are all agreed and you understand the T&C’s.

With our customer promise, you'll be more than ready and happy with your purchase.

We work to ensure your fit goes as smoothly as possible. All details are checked with our site surveys with our Trades Partners.

You'll meet your fit team and tradesmen as they inspect the kitchen and plans to ensure workability and costs. Interior renovation can produce all sorts of challenges - we only provide fitters and trades that are trustworthy, reliable and certified where applicable. They're also just as friendly and love what they do, so pop the kettle on and tell them about your choices!

Before we can fit your new kitchen, any building work, electrics, gas, plumbing, and plastering comes first. We will provide our trusted trade partners, who we have worked with for many years, to get the space ready before the installation.

We know the inconveniences home renovation can cause, so we use tried and tested methods to make it as easy and un-obstructive as possible. Should anything come up, we are always on hand to help. You will have direct contact with a dedicated project planner that can resolve the issue. We look after our customers when it matters most.

By now, all the goods to make your perfect kitchen have been ordered and will begin arriving on site for the fitters to inspect and install.

The fit team and your project planner will be available to answer any queries you may have during your project. All work will be completed with good safety and hygiene practices at the forefront.

Your ideal kitchen is now becoming a reality!

Once your kitchen is at a working stage, you can raise any remedial items that require our attention. These items will be tackled comprehensively, and resolved within a couple of visits.

Sometimes, replacement products can incur longer waiting times, this is perfectly normal and often unavoidable across the entire kitchen industry. How we differ is in attention and transparency, you won't be left wondering as Alex Lee keep you informed at all times.

Who said all good things must come to an end? Not so!

The real journey has just begun. With your new kitchen, you can look forward to years of happiness in a space made for you. Cook some food, invite your friends, and raise a glass. Life is good.
