If a new kitchen has been on your mind, this autumn is a very good time to make it happen. NEFF is running a cashback promotion on qualifying built-in appliances bought as part of a new kitchen.

Buy your kitchen and your NEFF appliances together from our Hillmorton Road showroom, and depending on how many qualifying appliances you choose, you could claim back up to £1,100 once your kitchen is installed. Choose a NEFF venting hob or glass draft hood, or an XL or XXL fridge freezer, and there is further cashback available on top.

How much you can claim?

The amount depends on how many qualifying NEFF built-in appliances you buy, and one of them must be a qualifying NEFF oven.

Three qualifying appliances will earn you £250 cashback, four will earn you £400, and five takes it to £550. Six qualifying appliances will earn you £750, and seven, again including an oven, earns the full £1,100.

Plus an additional £600 cashback with the purchase of a qualifying NEFF Venting Hob or Glass Draft Hood as part of this promotion.

For most of our customers the sums add up faster than they expect. An oven, an induction hob, a hood and a dishwasher is four appliances before you have even thought about refrigeration or laundry, and a good number of the kitchens we design comfortably reach six or seven.

Which NEFF appliances qualify?

Every claim needs to include a qualifying NEFF oven, and there is plenty to choose from across the N 50, N 70 and N 90 collections. The famous Slide&Hide ovens are well represented, in both standard and pyrolytic versions, and NEFF's Flex Design models are included in this promotion too, so the ovens and venting hobs that let you change the look of the front panel are all in scope.

Beyond the oven, the appliances that count towards your total come from the built-in hob, cooker hood, dishwasher, laundry and refrigeration categories. Everything needs to be NEFF, with two exceptions that are new for this promotion. The Siemens TQ927GZ3 freestanding coffee machine and the Bosch BCRI3BX1 built-in robot vacuum both count as qualifying appliances even though they sit outside the NEFF range.

Freestanding appliances and accessories, including warming drawers, are not included. Neither are ex-display, graded, seconds, replacement or imperfect products.

The full list of qualifying models is long, and the additional £600 and £250 awards apply only to specific venting hobs, glass draft hoods and fridge freezers. Make it easy on yourself

Cashback is a welcome bonus, but it should not be the reason you end up with the wrong kitchen. What it does mean is that a better specification, a proper induction hob, the second oven you thought you could not stretch to, might now be within reach.

Terms & Conditions

To qualify, your NEFF appliances and your kitchen furniture must be bought together from Alex Lee as part of a kitchen design, and the purchase needs to include a minimum of five kitchen cabinets.
Your deposit must be paid between 28 August and 30 November 2026. Your kitchen then needs to be fully installed and paid for in full, or have a finance agreement in place, before you make your claim.
Claims close at midnight on 31 May 2027 and nothing can be submitted after that date, so we will be straightforward with you about installation timings when you book. If we know a project cannot realistically be finished in time to claim, we will tell you rather than let you find out later.
This is a consumer promotion, so the claim is yours to make and we cannot submit it on your behalf. It is one claim per household, and it cannot be used alongside another offer.

How claiming works

Once your kitchen is finished, you complete a short online form at mykitchen-rewards.co.uk/Neff.
You will need the model (E-nr) and FD numbers for each appliance, which are on the rating plates, along with a photograph of each appliance installed in the finished kitchen. Hobs and hoods are awkward to get at, so a photo in situ is accepted for those instead of the numbers.
You will also need your paperwork from us. We provide everything on our headed paper: your full name and address, proof of the deposit you paid within the promotional dates, proof of payment in full or of a finance agreement, and an itemised list of your appliances alongside your kitchen furniture. Keep it somewhere safe when your project completes, and if anything is missing when you come to claim, get in touch and we will sort it out.
Finally, you provide bank details in your own name. Payment is made by BACS. Allow up to 28 days for your claim to be approved, and a further 28 days for the money to reach your account.
