Our client had ambitious plans for a major ground floor renovation which involved building an extension to the rear of the property - a decision that has become increasingly popular among homeowners seeking to optimise space. Initially, the customer desired an in-frame kitchen; however, budget constraints necessitated a more resourceful approach. With this in mind, our task was to develop a unique kitchen solution that utilised a stock shaker door and implemented numerous design adjustments to maximise the visual impact while adhering to the budget.
At Alex Lee Kitchens, we are known for our adaptability and skill in creating unique solutions that deliver value. This project allowed us to demonstrate our resourcefulness in producing a kitchen design that fulfilled the client's aspirations while working within the constraints of their budget.
Designer Tip
This kitchen design called for innovative strategies to achieve a high-end look without exceeding the budget. One of the ways we achieved this was by setting the units into structural frames and extending the doors to the floor. This created a custom, flush finish that elevated the overall aesthetic of the kitchen.
By leveraging these designer 'tricks of the trade,' we managed to enhance the overall appearance of the space without incurring additional costs. The end result is a unique, budget-friendly kitchen that perfectly complements the newly extended ground floor.
This project is a testament to Alex Lee Kitchens' commitment to delivering value and sophistication, no matter the budget or space constraints. We pride ourselves on our ability to create solutions that not only meet our clients' needs but exceed their expectations.
